The firm was founded as J.A. Lindeman & Co. in 2009 by our friend and mentor, Jeffrey A. Lindeman, Ph.D., who after decades of leading patent practice groups at top global law firms, sought to establish a “firm of choice” for its clients and our team members by combining capabilities typically associated with large IP firms with an approach to client representation that prioritizes analysis and creativity. We rebranded ourselves as Raphael Bellum PLLC in 2022 following Jeff’s retirement from the firm. The next year, Dunner Law PLLC brought its highly acclaimed trademark and copyright expertise to Raphael Bellum through a merger of the two firms. Dunner Law was founded in 2004 by renowned Trademark Law and policy leader, Lisa Dunner, who is recognized as one of the world’s top 250 women in IP and by World Trademark Review 1000 as one of the top 1000 trademark attorneys in the world.
