Candidates should have a Ph.D. in a biosciences field or a B.S. or advanced degree in chemistry or chemical engineering. As a member of the firm’s IP practice, the attorney/agent/technical specialist will work directly with our attorneys, clients, examiners, and foreign counsel and will be involved in all aspects of patent practice, including:
- Working with inventors and counseling clients,
- Evaluating inventions,
- Drafting patent applications and developing patent portfolios,
- Preparing responses to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and to international patent offices,
